The article discusses the law of higher education in the Russian Federation. According to the author, the country faces a problem which is well known in Europe, particularly on how to provide quality higher education service for vast proportion of citizen on a cost-effective basis. However, the accreditation process once fully implemented will at least give government a better understanding the way higher education is conducted at several higher education institutions across the federation. |
