| Abstrakt: |
The article analyzes the way information technology (IT) organizations manage their budgets, according to a Cutter budgeting survey. Results show that only one-third of both IT and business managers believe IT governance to be effective. It was also observed that there is a large gap between IT managers and business managers who believe that value is derived. In addition, Most managers reported that they do not believe that their IT is superior to that of the competition. |
