In this paper, we study the influence of basic and alternative nutrition medium components on the biosynthetic activity of the lysoenzyme complex Streptomyces recifensis var. lyt?cus 2435/? producer. Drawing on the results obtained, we argue that specially treated IR-radiation soy-bean flour can be used as an alternative source of basic feed and the aerosil A-300 can be used as an additional component. As a result of the optimization, we discover the concentration of the examined mediums as well as the composition of a fermentation medium for the biosynthesis of the lysoenzyme complex by the Streptomyces recifensis var. lyt?cus 2435/? strain, allowing to increase the level of the product synthesis by 15%. It can be concluded that the producer cultivation on the optimized nutrition medium allows promoting the product output at the simultaneous decline of fermentation nutrition medium cost and its preparation.
