The article offers information on a Web-based training (WBT) course, initiated by the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, that focuses on radiological dose assessment. The course consists of two types of modules, namely, the core module and the advanced modules. The core modules provide a basic framework for the analysis and processes associated with applying dose modelling to contamination situations, while the advanced modules provide more in-depth discussions on specific issues related to applying dose modelling to realistic contamination situations. |
