The article features the Seppeltsfield Winery located in South Australia. It relates the Seppeltsfield vineyards which is the source of raw materials for its wine making and discusses fortification styles, such as flor solera system, amontillado, oloroso style. Accordingly, the Palomino, which is used for all Seppeltsfield aperitif, came from Seppeltsfield-owned vineyard. A step-by-step process in the making of Fino style is also discussed. |
