Abstrakt: A chapter of the book "Bloom's Period Studies: Modern American Drama" is presented. It examines the references made by American playwright Tennessee Williams of his works to dramatist Hart Crane. It cites on evidences of Crane's influence on Williams' works, especially Williams' note in 1965 for the slipcover of his recording of Crane's poems. It suggests that the play "The Glass Menagerie" have influences of Crane while "Suddenly Last Summer" had been influenced by Crane's one-act "Steps Must be Gentle."
