Abstrakt: This article features the Goodman House Gardening Group established at the Royal Hospital for Neuro-disability in Great Britain. It compares the two service areas of the group: one that caters to clients with Huntington's disease and the other to clients with behavior associated with brain injury. Planning and risk assessment made by occupational therapists for the clients were also discussed as well as the activities that will meet clients' needs.
