Abstrakt: The idea is for a type of fluid pump with a programmable flow rate for moving a liquid without moving parts. The goal is to create a tube or (cylinder) with a string of individual sequential or interleaved resistive elements. These elements could then be used to create and maintain a movable series of bubbles within the liquid via electronic pulses. The control of the size and direction would allow one to move these bubbles down the tube creating pressure on the fluid in a controlled manner. Using multiple resistors to control the size and movement of a bubble provides the ability to precisely vary and control the amount of pressure on a fluid and the direction the fluid will flow.
