| Abstrakt: | The article highlights the Pellegrino Almost Famous Chef competition which was held at the Culinary Institute of America's Greystone campus in Napa Valley, California on March 8-9, 2008. The eight judges were comprised of notable chefs, media members and people associated with the foodservice industry. All culinary students, which were judged based on food presentation, flavor and kitchen cleanliness and media savvy, gained honors at the competition. |
