Information highways are installed around the world and the impact on the business of companies like Siemens is tremendous. New techniques for information access, visualization and retrieval are required. Our approach at the Corporate Technology Department of Siemens is to provide better orientation in information bases by visualizing semantic content by information or contextual similarity.
