This article describes Reuse Management Plans and how the Software Engineering Institute is preparing such a plan for the U.S. Army. The company is working with the Boeing Company and the Fraunhofer USA Center for Experimental Software Engineering. The author presents a list of ten necessary features of Reuse Management Plans. |
