The article reports on the announcement made by the American Professional Wound Care Association (APWCA) that open enrollment for physicians to become Fellows will close between June 6 and December 31, 2008. The association introduced a new Physician Specific Wound Care Certification to all prescribing physicians with the initial test offered on June 6, 2008 during the third congress of the World Union of Wound Healing Societies in Toronto, Ontario. It also discusses the highlights of the APWCA2008 which was held in Texas. |
