| Abstrakt: | The article reports that Omaha Tribal Housing Authority executive director Erica Spears was charged with embezzling more than $30,000 since 2003. According to U.S. Attorney Joe Stecher's office, Spears was indicted on two counts of embezzlement. If convicted of both counts, she faces up to 15 years in prison. |
