| Abstrakt: | This article uses the triviality attributed to the space law discipline as a point to consider what it is in space law that provokes laughter and the feeling that is a quirk. The article first provides a critique of the intellectual and professional history and the prevailing epistemic culture of space law. It also addresses the postmodern concerns in international law centered on fragmentation and the question of self-contained regimes. |
