Abstrakt:	The article reports on the two separate orphan works legislation progressing through the U.S. legislative system. It discusses the need for photographers all over the world to combine to protect their copyright. The proposed bills aim to amend Chapter 5 of Title 17 of the United States Code, adding the "514 limitation on remedies in cases involving orphan works." The amendment will enable copyright thieves to use "orphan works" as a defense to use and get away with unlicensed image usage.
