Abstrakt: The article discusses the design of sound color in Benjamin Francklin's String Quartet for violin. According to the article, it is considered as an inordinately constricting composition with regards to the design of sound color. It is recommended to first discover all possible sounding points individually. Slowly guide the bow through all sounding points on an open string.
