The article discusses the real estate joint ventures whereby the capital needed to sustain the venture is of paramount concern for the viability of the business. As stated, partners should be ready for the unexpected and should therefore carefully examine the capitalization provisions of their joint venture contract agreements. As stated further, it should be known without fail, that the agreements bespeak of the intentions of the partners and their respective interests are protected. |
