| Abstrakt: |
The article considers the in situ simulation and its components such as briefing, simulation, debriefing, and follow-up, as a team training strategy to obtain results in perinatal safety. It provides a description of the experiential nature of in situ simulation for study participants. The In Situ Simulation for Obstetric and Neonatal Emergencies was used in the pilot study of 35 simulations in 6 hospitals with over 700 participants, conducted by Fairview Health Services and the University of Minnesota's Academic Health Center. |
