Aromatherapy for Depression.

Abstrakt: The article discusses the use of aromatherapy in dealing with stress, depression, and other related disorders. It indicates that aromatherapy helps an individual to relax and be energized, develops a feeling of well-being, and helps in mild forms of depression through easing mental fatigue. It also presents essential oils, with their properties, used for depression including bergamot, clary sage, geranium, and frankincense.
