Abstrakt: The article explores the sensory system in connection with physical education. It notes that using sensory information as part of a teaching methodology is a critical part of sport and physical education. The continuous process of efferent nerves giving signal to the muscles to create movement improves future performances as the body continues to monitor this information. Sensory problems are exacerbated and identified in physical education as it involves many activities or movement in space.
