The article reports on developments in the United States hospitality industry. SpaFinder Inc. has reported that at the end of the 2007 period, the spa industry has recorded revenues of $15.7 billion, with resort and hotel spas accounting for around 20 percent of the revenues. In the hotel food service business, the author reports that chocolates and other sweets remain the top indulgence provided to guests. |
