Abstrakt:	Chapter 18 of the book "Building Feminist Movements and Organizations: Global Perspectives" is presented. It explores the works of the Iniciativa de Mujeres por la Paz (IMP) or the Women's Initiative for Peace, a women's organization that participates in processes of negotiation in conflict situations in Colombia. It highlights the history of the IMP alliance as well as the approaches and lessons learned in developing a common agenda for peace.
