Pi Kappa Delta has a history of preserving its past and encouraging local chapters to do the same. A history of your forensics program is a way of gathering and presenting evidence to justify' your program's existence by providing a narrative that features the benefits of participation in forensics to the school's students. It is important that evidence of success be recorded in writing for those who follow in the steps of those who went before them. Thus, written histories are a way of preserving the culture and philosophy of the team. A person with good research and communication skills, skills forensics teaches, should be able to write an excellent history. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
