| Abstrakt: |
The article discusses the importance of Education Resource Centers (ERC) in providing career development and life skills training in the U.S. This alternative education program located at malls operated by Simon Property Group (SGP) was established by Simon Youth Foundation (SYF). The status, mission, concept, and academic programs and evaluations of ERC are discussed. A summary of the overall findings from the comprehensive evaluation of the ERC initiative is also presented. |
