An interview with film editor Millie Moore, Career Achievement Award recipient in 2008, is presented. Moore cites that her career in the film industry started when she got a job at Jack Douglas Co. where she makes documentaries for television. She narrates the documentary of a scientific expedition film "The Man Who Skied Down Everest" which they chose Yuichiro Miura to climb the Mount Everest. She mentions that she missed working in an editing because of the camaraderie among the staff. |
