deal or no deal?

Abstrakt: The article presents rules on proper menu pricing for caterers. According to the author, caterers have to be smarter than the clients to create a win-win situation. Rule number one states that caterers should not establish its service to be the low-price choice. Furthermore, caterers should instead separate the company from the competition, and should focus on the business marketing with clients or prospects. Also discussed are the pricing strategies, including the Line-item pricing.
