| Abstrakt: | The article discusses the history of the Australian Aborigines. It states that when British explorers came to Australia, the Aborigines were already living there. In 1770, Britain still claimed the Australian continent for itself and the Aborigines suffered under colonial rule since then. Violent battles broke out between Aborigines and settlers, but in the end, the Aborigines lost their land and faced harsh treatment under the law. |
