The article discusses issues concerning the construction industry in Great Britain as of February 2008. Application process in Britain will be replaced with five entry tiers and a single application process. Service providers will need to address the Corporate Manslaughter and Corporate Homicide Act committed due to negligence leading to death. It is also stated that site waste management regulations will be enforced in April and will be compulsory in England. |
