| Abstrakt: | The article focuses on the statement given by Joseph Abeyta from the keynote commencement address at the Northern New Mexico Community College's graduation in Espanola, New Mexico. Abeyta stresses that the establishment of such school comes from the principle for the availability of higher education to the people of Northern New Mexico. Further, he reveals the contribution of Frank Serrano, Dennis Salazar, and Nick Salazar on infrastructure who are products of such school. |
