Abstrakt: The article discusses the typical electrocardiogram (ECG) diagnosis and the ECG indications of myocardial ischemia, injury and infarction. In contrast to the normal ECG, the ECG of patients with signs of myocardial ischemia are horizontal or down slopping ST segment depression of 1 millimeter or more and T-wave inversion. In myocardial infarction, ECG changes include ST elevation, Q waves and T-wave inversion. An acute injury in ECG is characterized by ST segment that pulls up the peak of T wave with no obvious J point visible.
