| Abstrakt: | The article presents project management documents that can help both communication course students and teachers in service-learning projects. The documents include an engagement letter or memo of understanding, a project workplan, status report electronic mails, a style sheet for longer documents and PowerPoint or Website creation, a transmittal letter, and performance evaluation and project assessment notes. A discussion on the specific use of each document is offered. |
