The article discusses the policy of Sultan Abdülhamid II regarding the Prizren League. It states that his approach towards the Prizren League was aimed at keeping the movement connected to the Ottman caliphate and monarchy and in line with the policies of the Ottoman State. The reasons why the League failed to meet the political demand to unite Albania under a single province administration were given. It notes the importance of the League to the Albanian history as it gathered and organized Albanians under a single cause. |
