The article focuses on the approach called "The Ethics Challenge" applied by systems engineering and technology company Lockheed Martin Corp. to promote professional ethics in the work place. The scheme was considered by the firm's employees as part of their annual ethics awareness exercises and was described as a highly interactive board game that gets anyone thinking about work ethics and helps equip them with decision-making tools to make the choice when faced with an ethical dilemma.
