The article presents information on the Company A, 5th Battalion, 159th Aviation Regiment of the U.S. Army. Company A is based in Fort Lewis and is tasked to support the National Park Service rangers who undertake high-altitude rescues on Mount Rainier in Washington. Company A operates 10 CH-47D Chinook transport helicopters to accomplish its task. An essential component in accomplish Company A's task is reportedly the professionalism of its soldiers. |
