The author reflects on Yoga therapy. She warns that in conducting research on Yoga therapy, its sacred practices should be kept complete and must not be transformed into another branch of Western medicine. According to her, it is not the accuracy of a technique that gives a person the experience of Yoga but the ability to access the sacred healing. |
