The article presents information on the Shower of Stoles event held during the 2007 Evangelical Lutheran Church in America's Churchwide Assembly. It is mentioned that three gay students at a Lutheran seminary who are now ordained and serving signed one stole in the collection. For the first time since 2003, the entire stole collection was available. |
