Abstrakt: The article focuses on the collection of Chinese stonewares from the tomb of King Muryong in Paekche in Korea. It is believed that earliest porcelains, or translucent white-bodied ware, mostly originated from the Tang dynasty during the 8th century. The author stated that Tang Chinese potters in white porcelain have been regarded for their high quality works all over the world. Apparently, porcelain is considered the final product of the gradual changes and developments in white-bodied glazed stoneware.
