Abstrakt: A comparison of ratings made by 662 managers of organizations on the value and behavior of their teammates, using SYMLOG questionnaires, reconfirms that in values ratings tend to be less Upward (active), less Positive (friendly), and more Forward (task oriented and conforming), with the exception of managers who's Wish (ideal) is Positive and Backward. A sample of Field Diagrams displaying the ratings on team members for 6 different types of "wishers" (PB, P, PF-P, PF, PF-F, and F) indicates that the tendency of raters who, in their wish, emphasize Forward values to give different weightings to the 3 SYMLOG dimensions when rating other team members also applies to their ratings on behavior. ..PAT.-Unpublished Manuscript [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
