Abstrakt: The article reports on the concept of oxidative therapies introduced by Charles H. Farr in 1986, which use the principles of oxidation to bring about improvements in the body, in the U.S. Deep rhythmic breathing while in aerobic-type exercises and high-oxygen foods such as fresh fruits and vegetables promote the normal oxidation process in the body. However, it is estimated that over 12 million people have been given oxidative therapies to treat more than 50 different diseases.
