The article focuses on the pregnancy issues for women in law enforcement. The author found that central of these issues involve modified duty positions, range qualification, and physical fitness testing while pregnant and working. She stresses the difficulty to find actual existing policy that cover ever aspect of the matter. She cites some Web sites that address the issues. |
