| Abstrakt: | The Camera Subcommittee chair of the American Society of Cinematographer (ASC) reports on the activities of the subcommittee as of September 2007. He cites the Society's efforts concerning a program called the ASC Camera Assessment Series (CAS), a repeatable series of shots typical of those common in feature motion pictures. Such initiatives aim to show the characteristics and performance of the various digital cameras available for use in cinema. |
