| Abstrakt: | A profile of composer Benjamin Britten is presented. Britten was born in Suffolk, England on November 22, 1913. He showed an aptitude for music and began playing the piano during his childhood. He studied composition and piano at the Royal College of Music in the year 1930. He composed the music for various operas. Britten composed the opera "Gloriana" in the year 1953. |
