Abstrakt:	The article analyses restorative justice cases in the Tshwane Metropolitan Area in South Africa. It provided information on the offences committed, profiles of the victims and offenders in line with international practice and agreements reached, among others. Recommendations on the resolution of disputes, the judiciary's scope and conduct of rehabilitation for offenders were included.
