| Abstrakt: |
The article describes how science and technology technicians are pioneering a new approach to National Vocational Qualifications (NVQ) and the Laboratory and Associated Technical Activities (LATA). An NVQ virtual center called techen has been established to provide access to the LATA NVQ for technicians working in schools and colleges. The NVQ project aims to allow educational assessment support to technicians who want to engage with further qualifications, but are limited by their location. |
