Abstrakt: The article focuses on narrative ethical analysis as a way to place a patient at the center of medical decision making. It notes that narrative ethics acknowledge the value of principles and rules in moral reasoning and the notion that crucial moral insights break away from prepositional moral logic. It mentions that narratives offer the ideal framework for the improvement of medical ethics deliberations. It discusses how narrative ethics use patients' stories in the decision making process.
