The court, which was created by the Veterans Judicial Review Act of 1888, has been addressing the needs of thousands of veterans after their health claims were denied by the Veterans' Administration (VA). Such was the case of William Sohl, who appealed his case to the court after battling the VA for 16 years for denying his claims. |
