| Abstrakt: |
The article discusses a study on a product release scenario modeling tool developed for BP U.S. operations that allows a user to establish the hazard zone and safe zone on entry of critical release parameters. The basis of the conceptual approach for building the tool is modeling a generalized facility which can be extrapolated to a specific release by operations personnel in the event of an accidental air release. The capabilities of the modeling tool are enumerated. |
