| Abstrakt: |
The article provides key factors to determine how skin changes relate to systemic manifestations. In achieving such aim, the various types of skin change that may occur in patients with lupus erythematosus (LE) must be considered. Attributing every skin change to the LE autoimmune process may lead to errors in disease management. The review of systems in patient evaluation should include questions that relate to photosensitivity, oral ulcers and chest of abdominal pain. |
