Abstrakt: The article presents information on how to use cycling as a form of exercise. It states that the bicycle should be adjusted to fit the rider. It adds that for a more serious bicycle workout, road biking or a stretch of stoplight-free road is recommended. A bicycle workout can also be bolstered by adding indoor strength training to complement the exercise.
