| Abstrakt: | The article discusses the formation of the New York City Human Rights Initiative (NYCHRI). The coalition aims to implement the Convention on the Elimination of all forms of Racial Discrimination (CERD) and the Convention on the Elimination of all forms of Discrimination Against Women (CEDAW) in New York City. The NYCHRI proposes to legalize the process through the Human Rights Government Operations Audit Law (Human Rights GOAL). |
